If the following screen occurs after login, it indicates no data was sent to the SiliconExpert server:

The most likely cause of this is the misconfiguration of the extension:

  • Check the correct attributes are selected in Attribute mode
  • Check the settings in SUMA mode include valid status for the links (e.g. preferred)
